1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Eileen Into Spirit website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Eileen Into Spirit provides spiritual guidance, intuitive coaching, and psychic/channeled readings, and transformational programs including:
Spiral Flame Sessions (1 hour)
Channeled Readings (2 hours)
Intuitive Coaching (packages starting at 12 weeks)
Essence Program ( 12-week transformational program)
3. Nature of Services
3. 1 Spiritual Guidance
All services provided are for spiritual guidance, personal growth, and self-discovery purposes. Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
3. 2 No Guarantees
While we are committed to supporting your spiritual journey, individual results vary. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, healing, or life changes.
3. 3 Personal Responsibility
4. Client Prerequisites and Eligibility
Clients should be open to spiritual healing, light language, and self-work
Basic awareness of spiritual terminology is helpful but not required
Clients must be 18 years or older
Clients should be mentally and emotionally prepared for deep spiritual work
5. Booking and Payment
5.1 Booking
Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or contacting Eileen directly.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
Coaching packages require payment in full or according to agree payment plans
All prices are in USD
5.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase for programs not yet started
Once a session has been conducted or program has begun, refunds are not available
Session recordings are provided as a courtesy and do not affect refund eligibility
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
6.1 Client Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the session fee
Emergency situations will be considered individually
6.2 Provider Cancellations
If Eileen must cancel a session, clients will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
7. Session Recordings
Sessions include recordings provided for personal use only
Recordings may not be shared, distributed, or used commercially
Recordings remain the intellectual property of Eileen Into Spirit
8. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, programs, and materials including the 6 Divine Soul Shifts & Essence Program methodology are the intellectual property of Eileen Into Spirit and may not be reproduced without written permission from ALG Healing, LLC, or Eileen Rouse.
10. Limitation of Liability
Eileen Into Spirit and (ALG Healing, LLC) its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
11. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to:
Treat Eileen and the sacred space with respect
Arrive prepared and on time for sessions
Engage honestly and openly in the process
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services to any client who violates these terms or engages in disrespectful or harmful behavior.
13. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Texas in which Eileen Into Spirit operates.
