This session is a sanctuary a place to lay it all down, soften your nervous system, and let your energy return to its original rhythm. My 60-minute Sound Healing is designed for individuals who are awakening, remembering, and beginning to feel the stirrings of their next level -- but need space to breathe, reconnect, and gently open. Using a blend of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and my own voice as a healing instrument, I create a sacred soundscape that meets you exactly where you are. The tones I use are not random they are guided and intentional frequencies that move through your energy body, dissolving resistance, restoring harmony, and gently activating the deeper parts of your soul that are ready to be seen. This is where quantum meets calm.
